Built and furnished to a high specification, this luxury villa (450 square metres) includes a grand marbled entrance hall, large fully-fitted family kitchen seating 10, generously sized living room, spacious family room on the ground floor, 1 Penthouse suite with private terrace, 3 further double bedrooms (2 with twin beds), an additional sleeping area for 2 guests, 2 further sumptuous bathrooms (1 is en-suite), cloakroom, utility room and a kitchenette seating 10.
Further accommodation comprises an external entrance courtyard with parking space for 6 cars, automated entry gate, an established rear garden set to paving and lawn with private (8x4 metre) heated swimming pool surrounded by sun beds.
There are furnished external terraces offering stunning views over the surrounding area and Mediterranean Sea, also ideal for relaxation or eating al-fresco.
The facilities are more than adequate for 10 guests and include; 3 refrigerators, 2 freezers, 1 microwave, 2 hobs, built in oven, 2 dishwashers, barbecues, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryers, 2 satellite TVs (Sky Digital) 1 combined video/DVD player and CD player.
There is air-conditioning in all sleeping areas and living rooms and for winter underfloor heating and two open fireplaces.
Villa Andaluz is conveniently placed within close proximity to shops and many restaurants, a four star hotel, fabulous beaches and numerous golf courses, the celebrity renowned place of Puerto Banus and town of Marbella, while the Spanish countryside is just a short 10 minute drive away.
A comprehensive information pack is provided of local attractions ranging from the various markets, shopping centres, restaurants, beaches, day trips to Spanish towns and boat trips to Morocco.
